"It was a great stay. Third year in a row that we stay here for pirates game and Steelers training camp. Parking is good and cheap considering location. Breakfast is good and included. Staff was friendly and helped out with some issues I had."

"Our rooms were very clean and beautiful. Loved the decorative touch of the crown molding in the sleeping rooms. The staff were incredible - from the Valet and Bellman to the restaurant servers ... Haris in the restaurant is a MUST request. He is exceptionally friendly and attentive and made our meals more of an experience. Highly recommend and will be returning!"

"Check in took a while, but there was a long line. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location was excellent. Only complaints were the shampoo container in the shower was completely empty, and the refrigerator leaked. Would stay again."

"Breakfast was terrible. First ran out of milk, then cereal, and last 4 mornings no milk in building. Manager did not care and was not going to correct situation. Toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop running. Housekeeping did not change towels unless made to. Nice location, and clean but rates varied so much, as had to book on line to get good rate as hotel could only charge at top rate."
