"The property is nice, but very noisy. The air conditioning sounds like a vacuum cleaner, we were on the 7th floor and could hear the cars outside. Some idiot was in the hall at 4am sitting on the bench near the elevator banging on the wall which was on the other side of my head. "Used a 3rd party to book my stay. Desk Clerk made it seem frowned upon to use a 3rd party booking service. I had to pay an extra $40 fee because of this for ‘incidentals’. Room was clean and served its purpose. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Could not find any staff to check out. Just left key card on the desk after waiting for over 15 minutes. I only booked at this hotel because it was close to the hospital where my husband was a patient. I will have to book again but...

"When we arrived none of the 3 phones worked asked for them to be fixed all they did was switch the 2 in the room the one in the bathroom (handicapped room) didnt work, a glass cup was filled with sugar and empty sugar packet, air conditioner leaked couldn't put anything on the ground within 2 ft of it or it got wet. Couldn't have the bathtub all the way on either shower or tub.
