"I booked a room for 3 nights on Expedia. When I arrived for my reservation, the room I was booked into lacked a refrigerator, which was a necessity for my stay. I went to the front desk, and she promptly put me into another room. Unfortunately, when I opened up the door, I was greeted by the smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. I went back to the front desk and she booked me into yet another room. Upon opening the door to the third room, it was dirty; bed unmade, articles of clothing and...

"This hotel is extremely clean from the rooms to the lobby! Spotless! The hotel staff was nice and professional as well. The free breakfast was terrific!"

"Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."

"Check-in was easy and quite thorough from the manager/owner. I have stayed at many a 4 and 5-star hotels and this was absolutley the cleanest I have even stayed! There wasn't even a detectable smell in the lobby, halls, or room. Every corner of the room and bathroom were spotless! Sheets even smelled pretty! You can even tell they take the time to lift and wipe under the tray that holds the coffee condiments. Would definitely stay here again."

"Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum."
