"Staff were rude and unhelpful - try to scam you into buy 100 euro sunbeds and expensive taxi transfers when the sunbeds are 25 and taxis are 25 euros if official. They only give beach towels every few days. Staff at breakfast were miserable. The breakfast was really poor - bad quality food and not great choice, barely any fruit, literally just eggs upon eggs. We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by them taking our bags to store and to give us information about how to get around the island and things to do. Even though check in wasn’t until 3 the lady at the desk let us have breakfast while we waited which was sorely needed after travel. "The hotel offers a free shuttle from and to the port and airport, which is a plus given the taxi fares on Mykonos. Hotel structure and location are excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant.
