Very pleasant stay! King suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only thing that could be improved is the lighting (better / brighter bulbs); but otherwise it was fine. Common areas were clean, and staff was very friendly & helpful. Will be happy to stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was great; nice and clean, quiet, friendly staff, great breakfasts. I liked having Perkins attached. Th pub was nice and the bartender on Saturday was great. Closed way too early on Sunday and paying for a drink was just wierd.

The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. Its family and kid friendly. There are many things for thr kids to do of all ages. They pool and slide were a hit as well as the many floors for the arcades. There's great breakfast in the morning as well as a bar with great service, drinks and food. Many other shops near by and in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Room was just ok, could have been cleaner as I found multiple hairs on the comforter. Bed was comfy. Property is pretty big so there are a lot of rooms and the breakfast was subpar. The selection was really lacking and there was a lot left at 9AM. No eggs, pancake batter, forks or chocolate milk and it seemed to take forever to replenish.

For a simple 2 floor hotel, there’s an awful lot of stairs without a purpose. And only one elevator. Dumb! To reach our room we had to climb eight steps, walk across a landing, then down eight steps to reach our room. Or to do it without stairs, we had to walk 300 extra steps. My wife spoke to 3 different people over 2 days before they replaced a bottle of shampoo in the shower. Otherwise, it is quiet and comfortable.
