"Staff was great beds were ok. You could see people walking by through the crack in the door. You had to lock yourself in the room with the key. Food was not very good. Same thing every day. Only about 5 options. Facility needs a lot of upkeep. Drink options were limited. The hills were super steep. Not recommended unless you are fit. They did have a pickup that would take you around if it didn't already have 3 people in it."

"Staff was easy to communicate with, they’ll send you a message on Expedia, then contacted me on what’s app (most of Costa Rica uses this). They sent me a pin to check-in location. Parking is provided in secure lot, right out side of condo. They give you a key that opens the automatic gate. Multiple pools on site. There is a small grocery store a couple blocks away that has all the essentials. Multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance. The beach is down the street and very nice. There’s a couple beach clubs with pools, that’ll will let you use the facilities if you buy some drinks or food. "

"We had a wonderful stay at T Loft in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica, hosted by Eric — it truly exceeded our expectations. Eric personally designed and created this place, and you can feel his vision in every detail. The property is beautiful, new, stylish, and thoughtfully designed with modern technology and fast, reliable internet. All materials feel high-quality and comfortable, creating a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The bathroom is unforgettable — it feels like being outdoors, with a stunning stone wall where rainwater flows naturally during rainfall, turning a simple shower into a magical experience. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, including a multicooker, a large refrigerator with ice, and everything needed for cooking. The sleeping area was amazing — a huge comfortable bed, soft linens, and thoughtful details like bedside lighting and automatic phone charging. The only small thing missing was a full-length mirror, so I ended up using the bathroom door reflection — which actually made me smile every morning and became a cute little ritual. Eric personally showed us the property with pride and care, and you can truly feel the love he put into creating this space. He even prepared beach chairs and towels for us. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away and feels peaceful and uncrowded. Thank you, Eric — your dedication is deeply appreciated. We would happily return! "

"This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked."
