"Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. No decent sandy beach nearby, closest is playa Bastian and it’s very small with no facilities or showers to...

"Everything was ok. The building could use an upgrade but everything was cleaned a lot. The staff could have been more friendly, except for one guy at reception 2 who was friendly and helpful. "

"Property is right on the beach giving it good location. However it should be noted that swimming has been prohibited since October 2025 due to pollution. All staff very polite although Marcella in the cafe bar stands out for excellent service. "

"Food was good with lots of fresh and healthy choices especially breakfast. Staff were superb especially restaurant and bar staff who made service more personal. Great pool and general location of the hotel is good. I would consider a return visit. "

"Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. "Great place and atmosphere. Breakfast is a very special moment with a huge variaty of homemade and fresh food. Service is the best. The rooms are beautiful, confortable and with plenty of high quality home textiles, such as linen cushions and throws. I will defentily go back."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."
