Cleopatra Palace Hotel

"This is a beautiful hotel, from check in to check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Really clean and spacious rooms, rooms are cleaned daily which is nice. We stayed in a superior room with plunge pool, great size for a couple with a nice big balcony which had amazing views. The plunge pool was great for cooling off and relaxing, Air con and safe is included with the room so no paying extra which is great. The hotels main pools/sunbeds and breakfast area were fantastic, plenty of space and sunbeds so no getting up early to try and get one. They have a great selection of food for breakfast, there’s something for everyone. I would say the only improvement for this hotel is to look at redecorating the rooms as they are quite outdated and could do with a new lick of paint. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice, stress free hotel with beautiful views and easy access to the beach."

"A Wonderful Stay at Sir Anthony, Tenerife We had the most wonderful stay at Sir Anthony in Tenerife. Our ground-floor room with direct pool access was absolutely beautiful — spotless, stylishly designed and incredibly comfortable. Everything about the hotel felt classy, elegant and effortlessly luxurious. The staff were exceptional and made our stay even more special. They were warm, attentive and genuinely friendly, with a particular mention for Liz, who was absolutely fabulous. What we loved most was the atmosphere. Although Sir Anthony is right in the heart of the lively Playa de las Américas, once you are inside the hotel it feels wonderfully peaceful and tranquil — a real oasis away from the bustle. There was only one very minor thing we would change: our towel rack was positioned in the toilet area rather than the main bathroom space. It’s a tiny detail and certainly didn’t detract from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We had the best time and would happily return. A beautiful, sophisticated hotel with wonderful staff and a truly relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended."

"The hotel overall is good, the staff who clean the room & reception are every good, the staff who set tables at breakfast are good, but the staff who cook breakfast can sometimes be very rude. The WiFi at the hotel needs to be much better as we found it very poor. It cuts out & is atrocious at the pool area. The kids pool is good."

"Hotel was good. Clean room daily and no problem getting sunbeds around the pool. Food was good with lots of choice in the restaurant. Really helpful staff on reception. No noise at all at night. Only reason I would not return is the close proximity to Veronicas and the rubbish and dodgy people that are in that area. I could not fault the hotel though and we enjoyed our stay."
