"The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

"Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. "La habitación y el lugar en general son muy agradables, es justo en manzanillo super cerca del lugar donde debiamos, de hecho nos fuimos caminando, es suer cerca a la playa y en la playa.
