"From the time you step to reception on arrival until they take your cards at the end.. all staff are very helpful and cheerful ...we found more spoke English this year... Breakfast buffet always good with different options to eat (we had breakfast included daily).. room always cleaned before 11.. this is our 6th time staying here...love you all.. until next year... "We had the pleasure of staying at the Niru Hotel for a week and had a Junior Suite with Ocean view. What a wonderful little gem – the Suite was delightful, with a small kitchen, a very comfy bed and a view to die for! The suites are large, very comfortable and squeaky clean – and, as a person with sleep issues, I slept like a baby the entire time! ( do tell us which kind of mattress you use please). We were on the top floor with just the skies above and endless views! The in-room coffee machines...

"Location was good not too far from the beaches and the town of La Crucecita. The room was very clean and staff were excellent offering help with taxis, rental car and even my SIM card. The pool was nice for cooling off. AC. Worked really well. Breakfast was good. The wifi was poor but that’s not the end of the world. Only thing I would really have liked would be to have a small fridge in the room"

"We stayed at Quinta Bella from Feb. 10 - 24. Our stay was awesome. From the clean rooms to the friendly staff. Centrally located so walking to places was easy. The grounds around the hotel are immaculate. The two pools on the beach were great! Got to watch a whale show right from the pool! Special shout out to our housekeeper Catalina. She was the best! Will definitely be back!"

"We did enjoy our stay.. the suite was very clean, the view was amazing from our ocean view balcony!!! Loved the arrangement for the whole suite! Wished the mattresses were more comfortable… but that is hard to come by in Mexico. Location was amazing!!! Wonderful restaurants so close by!! Found the best breakfast the very last day right next door! The ocean was warm and refreshing every day!!! Definitely loved our stay!!!!!"

"The room was very clean though very basic no tissues, no coffee maker or coffee in lobby. The staff was great Victor greeted me with a friendly smile and even though it was a few hours before standard check-in I was allowed to check in to my room as Victor said it was ready. He helped me with my luggage and later in the week helped booking some tours.
