"The staff was nos friendly . Reception service was bad and not transparent with us. She said the room that I booked was directly by Expedia and not to be accommodate to better position even I booked executive room . Sorry I will not recommend to my friend o family. "

Plenty of electrical outlets; we counting 9 in the room with 3 in the bathroom alone. Pablo, at the front desk was VERY helpful with dinning options and sightseeing ideas."

"A nossa experiência no hotel foi ótima, desde o check in e o check out. O quarto e banheiro estavam limpos e organizados, ambos muito espaçosos e confortáveis. O hotel possuiu um estacionamento porém é cobrado um valor a parte. Nossa estadia foi muito boa, com certeza voltaria. "

"Local excelente, perto dos pontos turísticos, pertinho da estação de trem e de ônibus, localizados dentro do Shopping moderno. Café da manhã muito bom, porém só existia uma pessoa para atender os hóspedes,dificultando a reposição dos alimentos. Falei esse assunto com a Gerente, infelizmente não me atendeu bem, pois os quatros dias que passamos lá o atendimento era o mesmo. O atendimento da recepção foi excelente!!! "
