"The staff was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. Maria at the front desk was on point. She was so professional and friendly. Same to be said for Karen at the concierge desk. The breakfast was delicious. I had the opportunity to try exotic fruit. It was so delicious. The roof top restaurant had fabulous views of the city. We enjoyed our ceviche in this beautiful atmosphere. Our rooms were spotless. The location of this hotel was also ideal, close to the historic old town center and the hub of activities."

"I cannot say enough about how much I love this hotel. When we asked to upgrade to a larger room, the front desk made it happen in the middle of the night without hesitation. The property is absolutely beautiful, and everyone was extremely kind and accommodating. John who is at the front desk was exceptional and desreves a promotion. The only issue I'd mention is a design flaw with the showers. The shower floor isn't properly sloped, which means if someone accidentally leaves the drain closed, the bathroom can flood. This nearly happened to us, but thankfully my husband caught it in time. I've stayed at other Faranda hotels and noticed this is a recurring problem. This isn't the staff's fault—it's a construction issue that should have been addressed during the building phase. Despite this minor design flaw, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and stunning property."
