"Perfect location for the Helix park in Falkirk. The stunning Kelpies within walking distance and a short drive to the Falkirk Wheel. The hotel is located on a business park and the nearest restaurant (which was excellent) is Cooks bar and restaurant about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. The hotel is clean and modern, reception staff friendly and helpful. The only downside, the double bed is on the small side. "
"A wonderful property. Easy walk from the train and bus stations and downtown shopping and restaurant district. The staff was very welcoming and eager to serve our every need. The rooms were large, comfortable, with all the needed amenities.
The restaurant has wonderful food. Our dinners were the best we had on our trip to Scotland. The breakfasts were bountiful and tasty.
Would definitely stay here our next visit to Stirling. "

"Friars Wynd hotel was an incredibly unique boutique hotel on my 3 week UK road trip. Within this area parking is very limited, but there was a car park within 100 feet of my door. There is free parking after 5 PM I think? Until about 8am? Which was completely acceptable. "We loved our stay at Broomhall Castle. Great place, we had a huge room with a spacious, very modern bathroom. And 2 small turrets on each side of the room!
In the morning I went for a hike up Jerah Trail, right behind Broomhall. From there I had a wonderful view over the whole surroundings.
