"Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. "

When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! "Sketchy parking lot. Very dirty breezeways. Very dirty bathroom. Used towel in bathroom. Only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Was scared to sleep under covers. No frig. Do better. Lady at the counter was super nice. "
