Water would not get hot, room door had to be forced closed, desk attendant wasn’t very helpful and not very attentive (Stood at the front desk for several minutes and they never came out, so I left).

After staying at "MyPlace" hotel this was inconvenient. I detest the little mini-fridge. the former has a full size refridgerater/freezer appliance. Also the parking is terrible for a full size pickup.

Pleasanton Hotel
We stayed at the hotel due to our grandmothers funeral. The shower had black mold all along the caulking which needs to be replaced . Our toilet did not flush and we had to be switched rooms . The bathroom fan on ceiling was black from all the dust that had never been cleaned … we stayed at this hotel because it had the best rating in Pleasanton. Will not be staying here in the future .

They tried to stick me in handicapped room, despite my reservation. Room had crawling inaects, which did not phase management at all. AC did not work well. Very hot. Not many options in this town.

We liked the breakfast and we liked being next to Wal-Mart for shopping. The only thing I didn't care for is the Ice Machine on first floor not working. The parking lot and trash cans had a lot of trash.

Friendly, helpful staff; comfortable beds. Great accommodations for family with 3 small children. Our room showed some wear & tear- stained couch cushions in suite, missing tiles in bathroom, scuffs & broken drywall. But overall it had everything we needed and was spacious for our family.

Smelled bad, light fixtures in the halls were cracked and discolored. Carpet in the halls were badly stained. Fridge in the room froze everything i put in it. Didn't refill our coffee supplies the next day. Next time will stay somewhere else.

Our floors/carpet were so dirty that our feet were black on the bottom. We have a almost 10 month old baby who crawls and his knees and feet and hands were so dirty. We had to try and keep him on bed to prevent him from getting dirty. The room smelled bad if mildew. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Just room was so gross.

The room was very dirty. There was a towel from the previous guest in the shower. Mold growing in the corner of the shower. Floor was dirty. Room was generally beat up and in poor condition. Light fixtures in the halls were all broken.

Good place to break up our trip
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean. The staff were all helpful and there was a good breakfast complete with the quintessential Texas waffle.

The property, itself was beautiful. The rooms are incredibly clean and the housekeeping staff is top notch. However, I am still waiting for a dispute to be settled as I booked my trip and paid through Orbitz, the hotel then charged the card I left on file for "incidentals" a day after I left, for the full amount of the stay. I contacted the property several times and the manager would never return my phone calls. I even checked out in-person to be sure that my card would not be charged. I stood in front of the desk clerk as she spoke to her manager on the phone and I was ASSURED there would be no charge to my card. I recommend this property, but be careful about how you pay!! And if you need to speak with the manager, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait.

We were pleased with the room at the Fairfield, and the front desk staff person was very friendly and efficient. We did find that our sheets had a torn area, the shower had mildew, and the white towels were dingy and yellowish. I would not mention these things except this is a Marriott property and a more expensive room. After two recent stays at more reputable hotel chains (Marriott and Radisson) that were disappointing, I think the budget hotels are more preferable, especially for those who are budget conscious and might want to save their money for other things on their travels like food and entertainment.

This location was clean the room was very nice and comfy.. pillows not so good.. the worst thing is the lighting they had in the hallways were badly damaged as if someone went up and down the halls slashing them. Elevator was dingy and trash on the floor. Best thing was in the shower they had builder in shampoo/ conditioner/body wash a plus.. Kim who checked us was extremely nice young woman.. she made us feel welcomed. Overall would stay again.. it wasn’t the best place but not the worst.. they were serving breakfast but we didn’t have a chance to try..
