"I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, making me feel right at home. The service was outstanding, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to experience genuine hospitality where the staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of. Whether it was the customer service, accommodations, or attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baton Rouge. I’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"My stay was wonderful but the only worst part is staff. I called 3 time to hotel before we checked in and was told so many different things and fees and when I got to check in the charges were double what I was told and when I checked out it was same thing sorry u can get full deposit back cause we charge for car parking plus we have to inspect room before anything is given back and I asked about this before getting room key and I was told opposite"
