"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room felt very outdated, and the carpet was visibly dirty with numerous stains. Additionally, there was noticeable damage in the bathroom, including a missing chunk of tile. The photos online made the hotel appear much more updated and well-maintained than what we experienced in person.
On our second night, the room directly across from us (Room 406 and the fourth floor lobby by the elevators) hosted a very loud party that continued well past 11:00 PM. I initially attempted to contact the front desk using the room phone, but it was not functioning. I then called from my personal phone, but the call was disconnected. I ultimately went to the front desk in person to file a noise complaint; however, no action appeared to be taken, and the disturbance continued until approximately 3:00 AM.
Staff were friendly, but the condition of the room and the lack of response to a significant noise issue made for a frustrating experience."
