"The hotel was okay However, the pool was awful. The amount of chlorine was intense and we found things floating the pool (children’s barrettes, large pieces of dirt). The other issue was in the 12 days we were there, our room was only cleaned once! We had to request our own towels and empty our garbage cans multiple times (small cans and staying for 12 days with a full kitchen). I believe the standard is to have housekeeping in every other day which did not happen at all."
