"The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. "Very short stay to return my rental car and catch a 6am flight. Edward was very accommodating and his english was good. Room exceeded expectations."

"Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly.
