"I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds."

"Room and property was clean. Staff messed up my stay and charged me twice for the room and it took a day to credit my account. Then the same lady was rude when my family and I were at the pool but let this other family stay past the 10pm close time in the pool area. One of the entrance doors was broken the locking mechanism wasn’t working so anybody could come in and out of the property.
