"Clean room. When the people above us were extremely loud and we complained. They offered a free dinner for us. And had security monitor them for noise. The buses to universal studios were always there waiting for us to jump on. Never had to wait for them. My only complaint was the $44 fee to store our luggage until we could leave for our flight home. First time I have been charged"

A estadia no hotel permite acesso antecipado aos parques da Universal e possui ônibus indo e voltando do parque a todo momento. Pontos ruins: Seria muito mais interessante se tivesse café da manhã com buffet, mesmo que pago. Na área do restaurante existe um café e um mercadinho que são bem caros. "Breakfast had many options that were good. They even were great with dairy allergy and finding/making fresh alternatives for us. Staff is friendly and efficient at their jobs. The room could have been cleaner; there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and dirt around one of the beds. We let the room service in on our second day so they could clean and they only kind of made the beds ( I say kind of, because I had to find the fitted sheet and pull it all the way up after they made the bed) and...
