"Room was great. Easy check in. Location is easy to find and very walkable area. We were in town for a rugby game and the stadium is in walking distance. My only gripe was the parking garage they told us to park at down the street. The lights did not work in the garage, they all shut off all of a sudden after we parked, and myself and a good 5 other hotel patrons were walking around the garage with our flashlights into the stairwells trying to find an exit. Fast forward to the next morning, it says the garage is under construction and closed. All the lights are not working again. Yet again a bunch of people walking around the garage with flashlights to even try to find their cars. This was an awful experience. I recommend using spot hero and finding a different garage, we found a way cheaper one 2 blocks away on St. Paul, for $10 for the weekend. We ran into no issues, cleaning staff was very friendly. Although hotel is haunted we did not run into anything too spooky!"
