Peu de souplesse

Trés bon hôtel, hyper bien situé. La piscine semi-olympique et la grande salle de gym sont top. Le personnel est sympa. Seul bémol, peu de souplesse dans les heures de check-in et check-out, même si l’hotel n’est pas du tout complet.

Nicely positioned in the City with access to major banks, cafeterias and transportation. The hotel is managed by Lebanese it seems, resulting in degraded service quality. At times I see Lebanese guys at the reception desk, sometimes a woman of Lebanese descent or similar…. The hotel is not as glamorous as I thought

A peaceful sanctuary

Good quiet hotel in a good location but a bit dated. Nice pool, food was above average and the staff where very friendly and helpful. Happy to go back on my next trip.

Atlantic palace PNR

Hotel is kept clean and tidy. Few if any mosquitos in rooms which is a big plus as no nets. Food is of a reasonable standard although breakfast was not as good as the last time I stayed. Efficient check in and out and sorted my faulty safe very quickly.

Un court séjour, 5 jours exactement. Je n'ai pris qu'un repas le soir et un petit déjeuner c'était ordinaire. Le reste du temps j'étais chez ma fille. Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de profiter de la terrasse extérieur ni de la piscine mais tout semblait très correct. Internet fonctionnait parfaitement.

Dont expect standard services which you get in branded hotels 3.Shifted from large room to smaller room in the middle of my stay on the pretext of some ongoing maintenance 4. Convenient location for business visit

It seems overpriced for what it is but I expect all other hotels may be the same. Service I did not find great and the use of the gym is very restricted, which was dissapointing. I will try a different hotel next time

I wouldn't rate it as five star hotel

Personel at the front desk is not that helpful and kind. They don't explain anything at check-in. Even the room number and the floor. You have to find it out by your extra effort. And don't exchange money at the hotel. They are doing it in an unofficial way and have a very low rate. The rooms are large enogh but they have this havy wooden furniture smell which is not good. And the decoration is obviously old. Comparing the hotel price and the service you are given, i wouldn't rate this hotel more than three star.

Très belle façade extérieur, l’intérieur est un peu bling bling. La qualité du matelas est bonne mais le gros point négatif de la chambre est que la couette n'est pas mise dans un drap housse, mais simplement posée sur un simple drap !! Coté salle de bains, il est temps de changer le pommeau de douche, le rideau et la baignoire. Le restaurant et limité en terme de choix et ne propose pas de spécialités locales (seulement des spécialités libanaises). Un hotel au tarifs un peu trop élevés au vue de ses prestations et état général typique des vieux hotels africains.
