"Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment basic but fine and well situated. Pool area good. Bed comfortable, couch not so much. Generally very clean but lots of hairs throughout, especially in the shower cubicle. Overall would recommend and would go back."

"Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of choice. Pool area is lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Pool towels available at reception. Great play area for children. It felt a safe area for families. The apartment was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Very quiet and relaxing. Good amenities and close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Would definitley return"

"The hotel is beautifully designed and stylish and smells great. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies behind the reception desk. The rooms are small but perfectly formed - such a great use of space with lots of storage, every detail has been thought of. There is a choice of pillows and the towels are lovely. Everywhere is super clean and you can request your room to be clean every day, if you wish. We paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it, though it's in shade in the afternoon. However there is plenty of seating in the communal areas. I didn't use the pool as it was too cold in April, but it looks great and there's a dipping pool in the roof. The breakfast is self service and varied, which can be eaten at tables outside looking at the sea view. A perfect retreat for adults."

"We made the most of the 24hour shuttle service offered by the hotel. It was value for money compared to external transfer services but sadly, the transfer wasn't waiting for us when we came through arrivals hall. We had to chase with the company. When he did arrive he drove us to what we thought was the hotel and drop us off, telling us to walk just around the corner. Unfortunately this was the wrong hotel, a very similar name so we then had to organise a taxi to take us to the correct hotel. I did tell our hotel about this mix-up and the transfer co. gave us a discount for our return home. Anyone that stays at this hotel should note it is called the EU Bahia Hotel Pollensa, NOT the Bahia Hotel Pollensa which is situated closer to the Port on the Waters edge. The hotel was extremely clean and well presented. I was however shocked that they provided us with a kettle and cups and saucers but no tea bags or milk to make a tea. We had a Breakfast package which was good and enjoyed having hot and cold food available at the beginning of each day. I was however disappointed that part of my booking was suppose to include a bottle of wine on arrival. This never appeared through the whole of our 4 day stay. As I was ill whilst staying at the hotel I didn't have the energy to chase this and just wanted to note it as a disappointment. The reception desk was very helpful with booking taxis for us and giving us advise on where to visit. "
