"Very disappointed with the level of of service at the pool. Upon check in, front desk did not advise I needed to book complimentary seating at the pool days in advance. Trying to get a seat was absolutely ridiculous and the staff was not helpful at all. "We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French.
