"We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus."

"The room was advertised as a junior suite. It was NOT any type of suite. Only one very small room with no where to lay out luggage. The shower and sink area were open to the room and the shower was quite difficult to get into as it was in a large tub with a wide edge. The water closet was tiny. Very nice staff."

"Nice breakfast on the porch was great way to start the day. Steep stairs to second floor but you could request a first floor room. Parking is a 5 block walk away but free and you can drop your luggage at the B&B to not have to schlep it. Staff is very friendly."

"Parking was super easy and free, room was comfy, bed was amazing! Ac could have been better, we fought with it all night to try and cool down the room. We ended up asking for a box fan at front desk but they didnt have one. They graciously gave us their small fan so we could use it to sleep! "

"Breakfast was unique and tasty, quiche. Dining room view of waterfront. Parking right in front of room, convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean bed excellent, nice shower. Patio out to waterfront where we sat in the morning with our coffees. Room could use a repaint, but really overall we loved it there,would not stay anywhere else, close walk over the bridge to town."

"Small, boutique property well cared for by owners who have restored it to be in line with its interesting history. Super easy check-in and checkout and close to the historic downtown."

"Breakfast was fabulous as was the location. Easy 5 minutes or less walk to a lot of attractions. Nice welcome email with door codes and WiFi password. The front door code wasn’t working so I could not access the interior of the building. I called the number on the front door and Kim talked me thru an alternate way to access my room. It was fixed by the night before I checked out. The B and B was recently purchased by new owners who I’m sure are working out some stuff. I would stay here again....

"Parking was off site but a short walk which provided a chance to see some other St Augustine streets. Breakfast was wonderful and filling. Best prep for a full day of walking the streets and seeing the sites. "

"Possibly the freshest-smelling, comfiest bed I've slept in. We enjoyed three nights here on spring break. The breakfast & happy hour deliveries were the cherry on top! So nice to return to after exploring the city or the beach (5-10 min away). The staff were so accommodating to us. Our trip coincided with a cold snap — so the comfy couches & lounge areas upstairs on the deck were just the place. Hope to return!"
