"We loved our stay from beginning to end. We had a suite downstairs near the breakfast room (convenient). The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. It would have been yummy on a paper plate but the breakfasts here are served on fine China. Hearty and healthy food to start our day was much appreciated.

"As our first ever stay in a bed and breakfast, it was truly wonderful! The staff was incredibly kind, the room was cute, and breakfast was great. Keep in mind you are staying above a restaurant in an old house so it is pretty old. The shower was not the best but everything else was beautiful! For sure would stay again!"

"Totally delighted with our two night stay here. 5 stars to the staff, the atmosphere of this historic property, comfort, and breakfast experience. The porches and complimentary wine, brandy, and snacks offered a perfect respite in the afternoon after a day of exploring the sights and shopping in the historic district of the city. The location made everything walkable and the free parking was a plus. Don't think twice....book!"
"All staff members that we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance from all the historic sites and multiple trolley stops are near by. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. My only recommendation would be sturdier chairs for the table in the room, they felt shaky. I would definitely book another stay."
