"This property exceeded our expectations, the location is fantastic, secure, and close to get to key attractions. The room was spacious, modern, and extremely clean, it was exactly what we needed and more! This was a gem! I could go on, but reslly worth mentioning the host, Edy, she was fantastic, which really was the icing on the cake, really hwlpful and available when needed. Needless to say when we go back this is the place to stay for us! "

"Nice chic boutique hotel within walking distance of a LOT of attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very clean and modern. Rooms are "cozy" but very well laid out with plenty of storage and not lacking for anything. The iPad is cool once you get used to it. The bed was very comfy and the the rooftop bar was great. Would definitely stay there again"

"This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. I arrived to check in after 4pm, only to find the doors locked. Apparently, the front desk is only open from 8am–4pm, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel and, more importantly, not clearly stated anywhere in the booking description. There was no warning that arriving later would leave you locked out. To make things worse, the property is nearly impossible to find at night. There is no proper signage, just a small, unlit...

"Mini supermarket across the small piazza was very handy. Taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop outside. Room was lovely and in excellent condition. I didn't use the breakfast items but enjoyed the cookies with a coffee after dinner. Walk to many cafes and trattorias and to the historic part of Rome. Couldn't have been better."

"Great location close to Trastevere as only took 15-20min to walk to great restaurants and bars. Would stay in this area again. Nice quiet property and we were welcomed by two lovely ladies who even walked us to our room. Hotel was helpful in arranging transportation to and from the hotel. Think we got the last room which I believe was the wheelchair accessible room. Was clean but nothing fancy for sure. Booked for proximity and the free breakfast but we seem to be an inconvenience to all...

"We had a great stay - spacious and clean room. Our room was in a building a short walk from the main hotel. Access to the rooftop was a great plus, there were excellent views. The location was great, though the square is lively late at night, which you can hear a bit in the rooms. "

"Location was brilliant for exploring the historic sites of Rome. As well as being close to some great cafes, restaurants and bars in nearby area and Trastevere as a short walk. Room was clean, equipped with what was needed and spacious. Slight negatives were low pressure on shower, stairs to lift which was not an issue for us, and a bit of noise at night but could be expected in a city. Additional positives were the helpful and kind staff and fresh croissants to go with the provided coffee...

"This place is the perfect location and super cozy! Check-in was simple and they met me the exact time I was arriving, 12:30, which was amazing to freshen up and drop my luggage. The access to the shared kitchen also was a plus to keep items refrigerated. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The room was a nice size and very clean. It was a different experience but we loved the square and market right outside. The first day and night was a little rough because we were exhausted and we had a hard time resting because of chairs moving around constantly on top of us. Also I room was right next to the reception so that was a little loud , too. But, with our phone fan app we were able to at least drown out the reception noise. The second night was much quieter!!
