"The property was nice for a one night stay out of town but not for any longer. No big complaints, as the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the “renovations” were very subpar. Not the most clean hotel I’ve stayed in, however, the location was great and the complimentary breakfast was very delicious. Would consider staying here again if we came to the area!"

"This was a last minute stay I took a chance hoping for the best. It was kinda hard to get to the entrance with out missing it at least once. I was greeted so nicely I believe was the owner. This was a super nice place to stay and with my dog u usually get the not so nice room u know that one that just stinks of dog urine not here, the room was very nice and had carpet. I'm a dog owner my dog goes with me everywhere So getting nice rooms is unheard of really. I would highly recommend the lone star to anybody and everybody I will be staying here again on my way to mississippi and back to colorado in 3months thanks for the very needed very rested night see you again in 3 months"

"The room was clean and presentable. At first the A/C was running so the room felt humid. However, it was comfortable enough for us to relax and sleep well. Bathroom was clean with enough towels. The only thing I would suggest I would add more variety to the breakfast and have the juice dispenser ready. Other than that, the stay was good."
