Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Poolville

"We booked this hotel because of the pool, which was not available to us as it had not yet been inspected. Ongoing construction diminished the experience. Understood that it was not their fault. Recent storms caused much of the damage."

"Morning desk staff was very lazy. Only had one bath towel in the room. Went to the desk to ask for more in the morning. Took forever to get more towels. Morning breakfast for not good. No plates. Desk clerk was on his cell phone most of the time. Would not recommend this place. Several police cars were there when we arrived!"

"Did not eat breakfast. Room 423 had things that need to be fixed: window shade does not pull up abd down easily. Closet shelf and clothes bar not attached to wall. The whole place seemed musty. However, the staff was nice and the room was very quiet."
