"The air conditioning was great. The room was nice and chill. They have large fluffy towels and plenty of them. The staff is always friendly and has good energy. The hotel also always smells great. The down side of this trip was that we paid a lot more for the room than we have before because there was a lot going on in Hartford. This was our 6th visit. It is our go to place when we go to see our son at college. We will be back in a week. "

"I travel to this area for work and as a woman, I felt safe in this hotel both the parking and my room. My room was just steps to the lobby and eating area. This hotel is a great deal as it has the privacy and anonymity (if you want it) of a hotel, but the ambience of a B & B. If you want a bit of a homelike atmosphere, this is your place. Also all the staff I encountered at the front desk were delightful and I have stayed at other Classic Hotels. This is my new "go to" for the Farmington/Avon...

"facility needs to be updated. Parking lot hard to get into - insufficient signage Corridors smelled stale. Room was clean and beds comfortable but not enough outlets near beds. Please take as constructive criticism, not complaints. Would stay again if the need arises. "
