What a gem of a place! Amazing room, service, friendliness. The hosts went the extra mile….even covering our bikes when it started to drizzle! Great breakfast! But ate far too much! Loved this hotel and will definitely be back!

Our stay family stay at the hotel was excellent. A great room on the ground floor opening out onto the swimming pool. The pool was lovely and warm, and the games room with pool table and chess board were well used by our children. We would really recommend the hotel which was in a great location next to the castle. Buffet breakfast was very good

Gorgeous view and most comfortable bed! Lovely bedding, nice terrace, very helpful/friendly staff ! Only issue, was a tile on balcony not fixed that was only outside the door “coulissamte”. If I was to come back to La Baule would definitely stay here again. Also, very nice breakfast! Lots of options and delicious!

Excellent modern hotel in next to the beautiful seaside town of Pornic. Hotel has free secure parking, Excellent reception services and a nice, but small, indoor pool. Clean.smart rooms with WC seperate to the bath and basin. Location is just outside the town surrounded by flats and a casino but just a 7-10 minute walk along a pretty canal to the small port/ waterfront.

A lovely hotel. Despite the low number of guests the hotel still had a great atmosphere. The two-bedroom ‘suite’ was really just two rooms with a shared outer door but very comfortable, great layout and nicely designed, beds amazingly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, beautiful bar in the lobby atrium. The staff were clearly very well trained on the ethos of the hotel and were superbly efficient but also very friendly. Hugely recommended if you’re visiting La Baule.

Nice clean comfortable room with very comfortable bed, nice friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Secure parking for my Harley.

Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. Staff friendly and helpful. This was our fourth time here and we will return

Beautiful hotel if your aim is to just flip flop around, lounge by the pool and soak up the sun and smell the surrounding pine trees. Think little lizards, pine cones and pina coladas. We had an upstairs room which had the most beautiful view. All the rooms face out onto the sea, and you get a beautiful light over the water in the evening. The balcony’s are mostly shaded too which is a good thing, it helps to keep the rooms cool. You can hire bikes (€14 / half day) and cycle across the island...

Good restaurant next to hotel. We could actually walk to a lovely beach within 20 minutes so no parking charge. It was also easy to reach other attractions as road connections were excellent. The only problem we had was there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room but apparently this will soon be made available. Overall excellent stay.

Location opposite main rail line was excellent -although had safety incident with car which local police handled excellently Worse aspect of stay was the constant bad smell of damp in our room Otherwise good

Clean, well equipped room, great breakfast & the owner was always very helpful

The hotel is very close to the submarine pens in Saint Nazaire, which was part of the reason I visited the area. The staff in the hotel, that I interacted with, were all very polite, helpful, courteous and professional. The hotel was being used by quite a few marine engineers whilst I was there as the massive docks that Saint Nazaire is famous for are a short distance away, I had quite a few funny interactions with them so thoroughly enjoyed the fact they were there. The room I stayed in was...
