"The property is new and have a lot of potential, but unfortunately sheets were dirty and towels smelled of damp. Toilet paper was not enough and they were stingy if you asked for more. Food was good, but waiters were slow and they didn’t seem to understand what their job implies (they forgot to give you glasses or cutlery unless you specifically asked for them). "Prices of food and beverages.. exorbitant… Breakfast… very poor… and disorganised…the client composition not compatible with the room prices… client profile needs improvement… to make the facility more up market niche… if that is the management objective… prices indicate the clients will be more up market but on ground that’s not so.."
