The hotel is charming and peaceful, perfect for a quiet getaway off the beaten path. While some areas could use a bit of updating as they show signs of wear, the overall atmosphere remains pleasant. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made the stay very enjoyable.
The breakfast was always very good, however the dinners were Al title but of a hot or miss.
The rooms are well laid out and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. However, the shower has a leakage issue that causes water to spill onto the floor, and the evening lighting is insufficient. It would be helpful to have a lamp or additional lighting option for added convenience at night.
Parking is ample, but if arriving late, the available spots may be further away, requiring a walk over cobblestone paths that can be challenging. After eight days, we felt a sense of community with both staff and some guests, making the experience feel more personal and welcoming.
One note for travelers: mobile and internet connectivity can be unreliable on the island, with Google maps working inconsistently and other map apps not functioning at all. This is something to keep in mind when planning excursions or navigation.
All staff were great but one in particular that was outstanding was Ithi. Hope you can get to experience the hospitality if you get there.
