"Off peak stay for one week was great value overall. The room is quite big, kitchenette, sink, kettle, refrigerator and hob. En-suite adequate. Plenty of room in wardrobe with lots of hangers. Air conditioning and a small balcony. The location is perfect, 6 mins walk to Garibaldi (L2) tram station, which goes directly to airport. Also, 12+ bus stops right outside."

"Très bel immeuble, de beaux appartements, bien entretenu et propres. Les logement sont spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la tranquillité. Si je retourne à Nice, aucun doute que je réserverai à nouveau à cet endroit. Conseil au voyageur : soyez prudent avec google map, l'appli ne tag pas au bon endroit. Je vous conseille de valider sur google street view pour bien comprendre... Je recommande au gestionnaire d'ajuster l'emplacement sur google. J'ai moi même orienter...

"Supersentralt med gangavstand til alt - shopping, strand, gamlebyen, trikk og tog! Koselig rom med godt utstyrt kjøkken, kaffemaskin og vannkoker, så man kan starte dagen med en kaffe på sengen. Rent og pent bad- og toalettrom. Aircondition fungerer som bare det, og vinduene er overraskende lydtette. Bygget er gammelt, så det knirker litt i gulvene, men det er bare sjarmerende! Det er andre gangen jeg reiser alene til Nice, og dette stedet booker jeg gjerne igjen! "

"A lovely quiet and very spacious room at the back of the premises. Very relaxing to stay in. Close to a supermarket and easy walking distance to the train station. Also easy location for getting around Monaco (providing you are fit, the stairs are a killer)."
