"A night in the rainforest was a magical experience! This place is so relaxing and well thought out. The rooms are completely screened so we left all the doors and windows open for the night and immersed ourselves in the sounds of the forest. Some lovely walks on the property too. Staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful. We enjoyed dinner on the edge of the pond accompanied by a chorus of frogs. "We had a fantastic stay at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff made a wonderful impression. Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What really stood out, though, was their incredible help at check-out. We ran into an issue with our Uber transfer to the airport, and the staff on duty went above and beyond—calling multiple local transfer companies on our behalf until they secured us a ride in time to make our flight....

"The buffet breakfast was disappointing 😞 We went for Easter Long weekend and the swim up bar was closed and was informed they do not pay staff public holiday to run the bar (seriously) our room was not what we paid for and staff argued when we asked for the room advertised for the price. Basic things like ice to the room they could not supply. I booked with an older person with disabilities and only for the convenience of already checked in and the stress of relocating her on a busy weekend is...

"Our stay was exceptional. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The breakfast was outstanding offering fresh and delicious food and the chefs and service were excellent. The facilities were spotless and well maintained else the staff were incredible friendly, professional and attentive. We definitely stay here again."
