Friendly staff with clean well presented rooms.

The hotel is extremely clean and check-in process was one of the quickest I’ve ever experienced. Likewise, the checkout was simple and quick. The staff is pleasant and kind.

The staff was amazing. From reception to the young lady at the bar, the accommodating server on the rooftop. All of them made our stay so perfect and exceptional. I called for the ac to be turned off and it was sorted out immediately. Late check out was provided without hassle. The ambiance and the friendly accommodating staff made the experience all round excellent. The hotel is a real gem. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on too. Breakfast was plentiful and a good range of options. Pool area was also great. Used this every day. We ate at Kava. Pizzas were excellent! Would 100% stay here again.

Overall an extremely pleasant experience.

Very good location for central Port of Spain. A good selection of restaurants, bars etc within 5 minutes walk to the Savannah. High standard of cleanliness. The apartments have all yoiu need including a kitchen, AC , small balcony , TV etc. Helpful staff. Overall good value for money considering the location

I especially loved hearing the nighttime and morning sounds of the nature's little creatures, much better than having to use white noise in my flat. The ambience was so peaceful, and l especially enjoyed sitting in the verandah, looking at the sunrise; quite therapeutic. I hope however that the breakfast could be more local and varied. All of the staff were warm welcoming and friendly- 10 out of 10...
