"Staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great but a little pricey. If you are elderly or have health issues make sure your accommodation is on the lower areas of the property as a lot of the rooms are high on the hill with steep access paths in areas."

"Food offerings were pretty standard, although the Teppanyaki was awesome. Pool was very good. Boat to the Erakor resort for Lunch/Dinner was very useful. Significant refurbishment from 8am to 5pm was annoying, made it difficult to relax on the verandah - due to drilling/grinding etc. Room was well located next to the lagoon, spacious and functional. Loved our 1st visit to Vanuatu, the close proximity of Erakor and Ramada hotels provided lots of eating/drinking options."

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, which really made a positive impression. "Nasama Resort was very good value as the room we had (Ocean View 1 Bed) was spacious with a walk in robe area great for storing your luggage etc, well out of your way. The rooms can be a little dated but are clean, also the dedicated friendly staff are always around and always willing to assist. An excellent choice of Breakfast is often included and Nasama has 2 of Vanuatu's best rated restaurants on site, 3 pigs and Cafe Villa. "I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned."
