"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."

"everything was very good and according to .4 stars hotels, room was 4+ . The only problem hotel is faced is the supply of hot water in shower at traffic hours. There are times not hot water in tabs and this need to get focus from management. Iam sure they know the issue. However our stay was perfect as location and hotel is superb. See you next time ! "

"I truly don't understand why this hotel has a lot of good reviews. It is definitely overrated from my point of view. First of all, tray charge is €8.50 for room service no matter what you order. The room service guy we called didn't tell us about the tray charge and charged us directly when serving food. He also delivered to the wrong room and we ended up waiting 1 hour for a french fries!
