The apartment was lovely, regularly cleaned and in a really great location. We never had to walk more than 200 metres for excellent dinner options. One side of the apartment has a tram line outside which you can hear between 6am and 11pm but it’s not too loud. Would definitely stay again.

A little complicated to find but a really great flat. Good space and excellent condition

The host was great and the flat was very clean and comfortable. Metro is across the road. Very centrally located.

Great hotel with friendly front desk staff, big and nice rooms, and a perfect location near the station with lots of shops and restaurants around. I’ll definitely stay there again

The location of the hotel is good and safe. But the hardware needs to be further improved, eg the room could be noisy at night when tram passed by even when all windows were closed. One of the keycards could not be used to control the lift or open the room door.

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...

The hotel offers a very high level of service. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. This hotel is a gem. We had a room with 3 single beds and a lovely bathroom with 2 sinks and bath with shower. Immaculately clean. Provided lovely slippers and toiletries. Situated at the end of Arco della Pace so walking distance into Milan centre. The staff at this hotel were all delightful, so helpful and friendly. Getting a taxi in Milan is easy and reasonable. Great hotel in a quiet area with good nearby links to public transport for access to the rest of the city.

Excellent hotel 3 minutes walk to Centrale station which has a direct metro link to the Duomo area. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice for all tastes. The rooms are good with a supply of tea & coffee, a free soft drinks mini bar, comfortable bed and a bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bath and a shower. There is also a bar with complementary snacks in the evening.

In a busy walking street area, very clus this quiet little hideaway was a reprieve. Staff, though sparse, was friendly and helpful, from giving maps and directions to calling a cab. “First drink free” Happy Hour was a plus. I’d stay here again!

Great location for exploring Milan. Literally a couple of minutes from the Metro, but there is so much within walking distance. You basically walk out of the hotel onto the Corso Como which has so many nice bars and restaurants, with a fantastic aperitivo offering! The hotel itself is contemporary, in good condition and very clean. The rooms are a little stripped back, but we quite liked the minimalist look and feel. Great breakfast, excellent staff.

Very nice place in great location

Very clean and modern. Helpful staff. Didn’t eat there, but restaurant looked lovely. Great room with a large comfy bed, excellent large bathroom with a great shower. Downside was that it was a long walk from the station, and there was a transport strike at the time of our arrival.

Great place to stay for a short break. Easy to get the the lakes-Como,Milano & Bergamo. Monza itself is so lovely & laid back. Don't miss the Royal Palace & its grounds right opposite. Minutes on the train to Milan,for a visit and some shopping! Hotel staff are just amazing, nothing is too much trouble. So friendly,great breakfast, would definitely recommend this hotel.
