"It is a very nice place. The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean and modern. There is a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge for guests to use. Coffee. tea , cookies available all the time. There was no breakfast. The "breakfast" photos should be deleted from the site, misleading. Safe area. Would recommend. "

"Lovely guesthouse, we really enjoyed our stay! Great service! Nice room with fridge included. There's a good sized garden as well where our pup could run about. I loved not having to get dressed and walk on the street at night to let her go to toilet before bedtime. Be careful with showers, if hot water runs out you need to wait for water to heat up again, but honestly it only takes a few mins. Breakfast was a huge portion and delicious, definitely recommend it! We had dinner at the portaferry...

"We really loved staying at The Mulberry. Everything was perfect. Isobel was the friendliest and most caring hostess we have ever met. We felt more welcomed than at home. The room is wonderful. The bed is wonderful. The sheets are wonderful. The breakfast is wonderful. Everything was thought out with great care and love. We were just sad to only stay one day in this beautiful and welcoming place."

"We loved the view out the window, the separate entrance to our bedroom, the spacious bathroom with the heated towel racks, the breakfasts were delicious and the common areas with fireplace were cozy and welcoming. Avril does a great job making people feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pear Tree Hill B & B."

"Botanic Rest B&B was clean and basic. It lost points for noise and safety. When we checked in we took our suitcases up the stairs. About halfway to our room in the hallway on a few stairs up, a man was doing some repairs in the doorway to a room. His tools (including an electric screwdriver) were in the middle of the stars and hallway. We had to move them, so we could get past. Pretty unsafe. The breakfast was nice. They had the usual continental breakfast and you could order hot items off...

"Shocking! From checking in to be told i was going to have to pay an extra £20 for the room ! And no breakfast included ! ( I wouldn’t have wanted to eat anything from there) but that wasn’t the point. The place was smelly and dirty. I will never book with this site again. "
