The housekeeping dept always supplied us with anything we needed. The only dislike is having bad legs I have a very difficult time climbing the stairs.

I’ve stayed in better for way cheaper. I was given a room with stained sheets, handprints on the wall, ice cream smeared on the walls, a missing smoke detector, and a dirty bathroom. Upon telling the front desk, they moved me to a new room which was slightly less gross, but not by much. For a nonsmoking property, it sure stunk like weed and cigarettes. The front desk personnel were super helpful with my concerns!

The room was clean but the grout in the bathroom was definitely need to be scrubbed I personally went and got bleach and mold/mildew removal spray and scrubbed it my self just to not risk any sickness or infection but overall pretty nice had a weird smell at first then when I turned on the air it was just fine

Walking into the hotel and just had the very strong smell of weed and smoke. Shower was not clean did not look like it's been cleaned for a while. There was stuff all over the walls and when I went to check out in the morning there was no one at the desk.

Friendly staff at the front desk, hallways and rooms were visibly clean but there was an odd smell throughout the halls, not bad but odd for sure. The room was just fine, i saw a lot of reviews regarding dirty rooms/ sheets and I did not experience that. The only thing negative was the shower, despite it "appearing cleaned", it was just a gross old shower that I could not get myself to step into. I had slides so that would take one issue away, but I'd be terrified of my body accidentally rubbing against it so I just avoided it which kinda sucked. It definitely needed to be re-caulked, and im confident there was mold on the caulk. When we first walked in it was very hot but the personal AC unit was fine, cooled down the room fully in about an hour.

This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are not this hotel. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was a gigantic wet spot on the couch in the lobby, as if someone just sat there and urinated. I should’ve just walked out. Our room clearly hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was possibly blood on the wall, a white substance on the comforter, fingernails on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, beard clippings on the counter, dirty and stained curtains, and the shower was filthy and repulsive. I would’ve rather slept in my car than at this hotel, but the parking lot was sketchy at best. There was also a drunk person howling repeatedly in the middle of the night. This place should be condemned.
