"Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . Nick the host so helpful , recommended places to get breakfast ( can recommend the cafe Gro , fabulous coffee and food ) Would stay here again . Lovely. Thanks Nick we loved it . Janet "

"Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. "Avril was a lovely host, very chatty and friendly and knew a lot about the area and it's history. We were attending a wedding at the Seamill Hydro which is only a couple of houses along from the B&B, super handy! Our room was clean and comfortable.
