Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, grosses Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und fehlte uns nichts. Die grosse Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein oder ein Drink beim schönen Wetter.

A única coisa boa do lugar é a localização. O ar condicionado estava pingando muito, derramava tanto que não dava para dormir. Contactei a propriedade para conserto e não resolveram, ficou assim mesmo. A cama é muito dura e desconfortável. A porta do banheiro não fecha completamente. Enfim, não voltaria novamente.

Boendet låg på en återvänds gata med mycket lite trafik. Tyvärr saknades hiss och trappor till 2 vån gjorde tunga steg. Boendet hade ett kökspentry med nödvändiga köks tillbehör. Bra att rum var på skuggsidan= mot gränden. Sängen skön men i mitt tycke lite hård medium hade varit bättre. Bättre med två täcken än ett mega stort, tror att städare tyckt lika. Nära till allt, restauranger, metro till flygplats och bäst av allt trevligt café Café Metro trevlig och service minded personal.

Wonderful apartment in the perfect location to explore one of Porto’s best neighborhoods. The apartment was beautiful inside, spacious and unique. This is a definite rebook next time we visit Porto.

Excellent location and amenities. Staff was very responsive and good with communication. The only issue we had was we were messaged the day before that we would receive check in information the morning of our arrival. We did not receive our check in codes/info until shortly after our 2 pm check in time. I understand they were cleaning up from prior guests which we appreciate, but it made me concerned that we did not have accommodations since we didn’t get the morning email and didn’t hear from Premium Suites until after 2

Convenient location in Porto

Nice room on a quiet street, very close to the Trindade metro station. Very easy check in, with no need to speak to anyone.

Perfect Porto Stay

Could not have wished for a more perfect stay in Porto. The accommodation is very comfortable and beautifully furnished . Also the location is very quiet and convenient. The friendly property owners are very helpful in providing excellent local knowledge and suggestions. Highly recommend this great place.

Overall great place to stay. Excellent location. Bed in downstairs bedroom uncomfortable. Motion detector fan in the upstairs bathroom was not very effective. Every time we moved it would go on but when we stopped it would go off.

La camera era pulita ma l'armadio cucina ha bisogno di una sistemata. La macchinetta del caffè dava problemi con le cialde, se inserite normalmente cadevano nel vano di recupero o rimanevano incastrate. Nel complesso una buona soluzione in zona semi c'entra con tutti i maggiori High lights di Porto raggiungibili a piedi

L’hébergement est très spacieux, bien équipé, propre. Seul bémol il n’y a qu’une seule salle de bain pour 4 voire 6 personnes ce n’est pas assez. Par contre il y a 2 wc. L’emplacement est idéal car on est proche de la rue commerçante et il y plein de restaurants bars pour manger. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Room was in a great location and had AC, which was great during the hot weather. The bed was comfy (except for the middle of it where the edges of the two beds pushed together were hard and stuck up so we couldn't lay in the middle), the bathroom was okay, but water went everywhere every time we showered because it was a half door/wall. The curtains were ripped in a lot of places so light kept coming through in the early morning. Floors were so so squeaky too. There was a coffee maker but no coffee, no sugar or wine glasses. We had to ask for the wine glasses and they did bring them quickly, which was nice. There was construction right outside the apartment too and it was so loud and started really early in the morning, so that woke me up a couple times. Noise insulation isnt very good. We could hear people in the patio at the bottom of the building loudly at night too. I also was under the impression the patio was available for anyone in the building to use but we were never able to. It was always locked and we never got a key. I also hated that the cupboards in the kitchen had no handles and they closed almost flush so it was always difficult to open them. It was a decent place in a good location but needs a lot of maintenance in the room itself.

Highly recommended! The apartment had everything we needed and made the perfect base for exploring. The location is incredibly convenient for walking the old city and accessing the Metro (≈5 minutes to Trinidade, which is a major hub). Be prepared for lots of cobbled streets, steps and hills, but everything is within easy reach. A 15-minute walk (or more if you get caught behind the many walking tours) will get you down to the riverfront. The cafe at the end of the street is always busy with locals and tourists alike, for very good reason. Make sure to get breakfast there! Fresh pastel de nata and other tantalizing baked goods, great coffee and juices, and heartier options too. There’s also a good selection of bars on the square at the foot of the stairs at the right end of the street, which we discovered were perfect for people-watching with a glass or four of good, cheap local wines and beers. A spectacular number of great restaurants line the streets, including a welcome number of vegan and vegetarian options. If you’re lucky, the neighborhood cat will take a liking to you and meow at the back door for some company, and when it’s had enough attention it’ll rush inside and go to the front door to be let out 😄 When we visit Porto again, this is where we’ll stay.

Spacious in the shared spaces, close to all

Pros: wonderful mid-century modern style spacious place with a loft living room and vaulted ceiling, close to old town and plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Private, Outdoor patio and full kitchen. Cons: The communication to check in needs work in that I had to reach out with less than a day before check in and I was expecting to receive access code and instructions 48 hrs before. However when I did, they were very responsive on WhatsApp. Second bathroom is just a tiny room with a toilet and a tiny sink right next to the living room so get ready to have everyone hear you fart, so we all had to share the upstairs bathroom and shower. There needs to be some shelves and hooks in the upstairs bathroom for towels and toiletries as there's not enough space. The AC unit in the first bedroom has a super bright blue light that can't be turned off so I had to use a shirt to cover my eyes so I could sleep.
