"Spacious and clean room. Bathroom was a little weird. Toilet was in a bizarre angle and it made someone tall like me have to sit in a slightly uncomfortable position. Otherwise very efficient stay."

"The room was clean and had comfortable bed and bedding. Blackout curtains meant for a solid sleep. When I was having trouble with the in room hairdryer I called reception they had housekeeping deliver another one in under 10 min. Breakfast buffet was great and there were so many friendly staff to serve and clean up. Front desk staff were also very friendly and very helpful to answer our questions."

"We were overall very pleased with the hotel. Our only minor comments were the lifts (can be frustrating at busy times) and the hot breakfast (bacon and sausage were not great). Otherwise I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel and would stay again when we return to the beautiful city of Porto. Thank you to the very attentive and courteous young staff, you are a credit to your profession and country."
