Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views. "Got there 5pm, room was not available. Had to come back an hour later and when I got to my room a man was still inside mopping, told me I can come in and leave my items but I was not comfortable with that. Came back later and the door was left opened and there's paint everywhere on the floors and it just felt gross"
