"If I could give this 0 stars, that would still be too many. I checked in around 11:45 pm. I'll start by saying yes, it's under construction & it was a disaster. Was told floors 3 & 4 were completed, but I was given a room on floor 2 . There were only 6 cars in the parking lot at 11:45pm so it was weird I couldn't have an updated room. "Avoid this hotel at all costs. Where do I begin? When we walked in to check in, no one was at the desk for 5 minutes. Then when we finally got the room, it was dull and dingy. The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. "Notice it wasn’t as nice as previous stays. No hot chocolate, not much for breakfast, etc. BUT woke up to mice and mice poop took it over the edge. "

"The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)"
