"I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. Came in to check in and the friendly, upbeat gentleman with the cool long hair, quickly got me checked in and even got my card to work both days. Cookie was good too!! Room was really clean and cozy. "Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again."

"The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and stocked. The upstairs tenants were noisy until 4am both nights I stayed. Made it hard to get a full nights sleep. In the room I stayed there was not good wifi connectivity. Made it difficult to do anything other than use the phone."

"My room was satisfactory as far as cleanliness. So many things went wrong... first of all I called the hotel before my stay to find out what the dog fee would be and was told $25 per night. I get to the hotel and while checking in I was told that the manager had just raised the fee to $40 per night, even though the form I was made to sign had $25 per night - the lady at the front desk checking me in would not let me pay $25 and insisted I had to pay $40. I paid over $600 for 2 nights, which is...

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and stylish. The views are amazing. We always try to book there when in town. "

"Bathroom had red stains on sink, wall and tub. Linoleum floor had cracks and the walls had peeling spots. Bed and tv were ok. Weird layout where we had to go down a flight of stairs then back up to get to our room. Had laundry that worked fine but one washer was out of commission. It closed at 10 pm. $3 for washer and for dryer."

"It’s really hard to beat this hotel if you’re going to Bremerton, especially by ferry. It’s a short walk to the ferry terminal, buses, bars, restaurants and parks. With great sculpture and fountains! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was better than expected. If only they had a pool! But that would likely drive up the price."

"Clean room. A little heavy on scent of some kind. Hallways and elevators were too warm. Staff was uber friendly and helped us to get the room booked on Expedia. Not sure about the barn like bathroom doors. Too many gaps and no lock. Room is uber nice. We had a bay view on fifth floor. Had hoped to see the fireworks from bridge blast but building next door blocked it. Bed was ok. Quiet room. Parking was a cluster when first arriving."
