"We had a 4 night stay. This hotel room is fine and average. PROS: Comfortable bed, Nice white bedding, clean room, excellent morning breakfast with a lot of choices, quick elevator, easy free parking, small refrigerator and microwave a nice touch. Staff friendly from our limited interaction with them.
My small CONS: Elevator needed attention, spills on the floor and handprints all over the stainless inside, very dim lighting in our rooms bathroom and full length mirror entry area, making it difficult to apply makeup. Bathroom door would not stay open so we could have some light unless we propped it open with a shoe. In room coffee but no stir sticks to mix in the powered crème and sugar (use your finger?) , comfortable chair and ottoman, but without a small table next to it for coffee, guide books, etc( we put up the iron board and used that) and we could not figure out how to turn on the lamp next to the chair. We requested no service with the door "Do not disturb" except one day. The housekeeper did come in, and put in fresh towels, but nothing else. Did not empty the 2 overflowing trash cans, did not refresh the bed, etc. Just towels, which may be their standard when guests are still in the room. Not my usual experience."
