"Ive stayed there many times over a 26 year period. Its always been very good. Rooms are excellent, spacious, clean, missed the minibar being stocked but thats all. Comfortable beds, heating/air con great, lovely fluffy bath towels, great power shower. Breakfast is truly excellent buffet, English and Continental. Evening meal was part of a package arranged for my friends who were with me, and 2 nights it was frankly inedible. The restaurant relented and let them have the á la carte on the last night, but this is the reason for my 4star rating. Also Breakfast on Wednesday, 3 coach loads of Japanese tourists came in just for breakfast. Ive never seen so many Japanese outside of Japan. For guests, getting even a cup of coffee took 30 mins and forget getting a table. So this was disappointing too. But overall very good value and nice to see restaurant manager Luis still there after 29 years! "

"The staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Our room was recently renovated as were all the rooms I believe. The breakfast was good and included fresh croissants. The parking spots were nice and wide and well lit. Overall we had a great experience and would book there again. "

"Amazing place. Truly beautiful and tranquil. The whole facility was immaculate and very well looked after. Such a peaceful stay and a very warm welcome from the owners and team (Patrick) who could not have done anything more to make the stay perfect. "

"This place is amazing. The pictures online are beautiful but it’s even more amazing in person. This is a nice place to relax and enjoy small town charm. The owners and staff are really nice and hospitable. The food and wine were amazing. We will be back for sure. "
