Place was clean and despite a kiosk-only checkin, they were almost immediate on email questions. Excellent service.

The property is in a great area. Easy to access public transportation. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had a slight problem with our check in process, but the property manager was very responsive and made it all very easy.

Very nice apartment with charm. Checkin / checkout was quite uncomfortable - the self-service machine did not work properly for either. And the shower was not top-notch. But overall a good place to stay!

Loved the apartment, really great location tram stop right outside that takes you straight to the centre. Had everything we needed and more. Had two large tv’s one in the lounge and one in the bedroom unfortunately we couldn't find any english channels would be my only improvement but overall had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit prague.

Fantastisk lækker lejlighed som vi havde i 5 nætter. Stille og rolig område. Stort indkøbscenter 500 m derfra med masser af butikker og fitness. Veludstyret lejlighed med alt, skønne senge og super indretning. Skøn beliggenhed tæt på alt i Prag. Vi kan give vores absolut bedste anbefalinger til denne lejlighed

3 Day Stay (★★★★★)
Great apartment, and for a great price, good location (next to a lot of tram stops, walking distance from the bridges connecting the main town and in a good neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby). Will definitely book again if I’m ever in Prague and recommend.

Clear and concise instruction to get to the apartment and luggage storage. The room heating system was no working properly and pillow and duvets have not covers. After an email sent, they attend to them promptly. Overall, i am pleased with my stay .

Great location, clean and quiet apartment
It is in a nice residential area which is very convenient and fast to get to the city center. Check in was easy, apartment is spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Plenty of eateries and grocery stores downstairs. We parked at both the recommended garage and on the street, easy enough. Excellent for family stay.

A lovely, clean and spacious apartment. Bed was very comfortable. The property is located outside of tourist areas and takes about 20 minutes to walk into Prague old town, which was fine for us. There are tram stops close to the property if you don’t like walking. My partner and I are very pleased we stayed here and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Prague again. Very good quality apartments, excellent cleaninness, very quiet for a good rest at night, and overall superb comfort. Nice area well commutted with city centre and places of interest.

Lovely place and so clean aswell. I couldn’t fault the accomdation at all and the images are exactly what you are getting. Couldn’t recommend it any more to be honest.

Gorgeous apartment! Right outside a tram stop where you can buy tickets using czk coins only and get to Prague 1 in about 15 minutes. There were great little places to eat and coffee shops and a nice local bakery. The apartment itself was impeccable! Nice bathrooms,. Kitchen and the bedrooms were large. I would stay here again! You can walk to the Letna beer garden in 10 minutes and enjoy the cheap beer and snacks in the evening.

The number that was given for communication were very helpful in guiding me when I called (Since I did not know how lockboxes worked!) The room was spotless and very bright. It was in an easy to access location with trams plying in both directions and stations close by. They provided all the basic amenities including washing powder for the washing machine! I would definitely recommend staying there longer for the full feel. It takes 20 min to get anywhere in the city from the location.

Very nice apartment clean and quite newly renovated. Access via mobile phone app not easy as instructions on how it works not good. Bins were supposed to be emptied every day but only emptied once in 5 day stay.

The property was absolutely amazing, had everything we needed in a beautiful setting! It was as though the property was brand new and we were the first people to stay. It was excellently placed with lots of great restaurants around it. We tried Hillbilly burgers which was amazing, but needed to book in because it was so popular! For traditional goulash we went to Holesovicka SEDMA just around the corner from the apartment which was excellent! Just 10 minutes from the lovely Letna gardens and park with beer garden for relaxing in the sun also! We also absolutely loved the Trdlo or chimney cakes which were like a cinnamon dusted doughnut filled with apple and ice cream! So accessible for everyone also, there is a lift in the property and the main road outside also has a tram stop immediately opposite the apartment which we used to head off to the Mala Strana. The cathedral and palace were beautiful, with the ability to see the entire city from the top of the bell tower! Brilliant place and an excellent stay! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Prague!

I liked the property. It was clean and very comfortable. I wish there were more towels given, a little noisy at night and inability to check in early.

Fabulous apartments in great location.
Beautiful apartment in easy reach of the centre of Prague. Great kitchen - everything you need is provided, obvious things like microwave, toaster & less obvious like bottle opener, spatula etc. The bedroom was great, very comfy bed with tv. 2 big radiators & air con unit - easy to make into a good temperature for you. Bathroom is perfectly adequate- good size & a powerful enough shower (nothing worse than a weak shower imho) The lounge was a good size. The sofa converts into a bed. Got to honest the sofa wasn’t comfy at all. I used to watch tv in the bedroom as the couch was hard but that was my only “complaint”. Large windows made it light & airy & again radiators & air con unit help you obtain the perfect temperature. TV in lounge with a good mix of channels. WiFi is great - I streamed films with no problem at all. Some noise from upstairs & everyone let’s front door slam shut. Trams going past make a bit of noise & I think there is an underground that goes past several times a day, that makes a real racket! Normally you would be out & about during the day so this wouldn’t bother you but I was recovering from an operation so was in bed for first few days. Night time I slept well every night so noise not a problem then. There is a good supermarket only 5 / 10 mins walk away. Mykhaylo also provides a great list of apps that may come in handy including the Prague version of JustEat / Deliveroo amongst other things & lets you know he is there should you need anything.

Irresponsible hotel and a shamed owner The apartment is ok, quite new and located at a OK area, isolation is too bad to get a good rest, whoever pass through outside, you will be disturbed, anyway, i slept with earplug in, room cleaning is asking for extra charge. IMPORTANT : DO NOT BELIEVE the transportation service they promised to you, you might loss your fight !!!!!!! They said they booked a car for us at 4 am ( early flight ) and we have been waiting at -3 degrees for 40 minutes in the early morning in Prague, not knowing anyone, not knowing the language, in the end we have to grab someone on the street asking for help for calling a TAXI, almost lost our flight, later we received a WhatsApp from the owner saying they could pay us the refund at least for the transportation they promised, when we said we finally managed to go the airport the last minute , THEY DISAPPEARED !!!!! A fraud owner i have to say.

Erinomainen! Hyvien yhteyksien varrella, todella siisti huoneisto! Tilava, hyvät sängyt, hyvä keittiö ruokapöytineen. Lähellä paljon ravintoloita. Ja erinomainen palvelu. Perfect stay!
Had a big 2 bedroom apartment which is completely new and clean. Nice local area with many coffee shops and restaurants. Close, walking distance, to the river and old town. Very good service from the hotel manager!
